Snehakunja Trust is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to promoting holistic healthcare, rural development, environmental advocacy, and conservation of the coastal and Western Ghats biodiversity. Founded by Dr. Kusuma Sorab (1937–1998), the Trust strives to provide quality community healthcare at an affordable cost.

3. Membership / Participation

• Participation in our programs signifies acceptance of these Terms.
• Membership or participation is subject to approval by Snehakunja.
• Membership may be revoked for non-compliance with these Terms.

4. Code of Conduct

• Members shall maintain respect, inclusivity, and ethical behaviour.
• Snehakunja reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for any violation of these standards.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• Members are expected to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information obtained during their association with Snehakunja.

6. Donations & Fundraising

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Funds will be utilized based on the priorities and needs of the Trust.

7. Intellectual Property

• Members retain ownership of their original intellectual property.
• Content contributed to Snehakunja grants the Trust a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and distribute the material.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uttara Kannada, Karnataka. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttara Kannada.

9. Amendments

Snehakunja Trust reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated appropriately.
