Rejuvenation care is designed for health-conscious individuals seeking further health promotion, body-mind stress reduction and improvement in quality of life.

Prevention is always better than cure.
Enhancing the natural defence system of our body (immunity) plays a vital role in preventing illness and maintaining the functions of vital organs.
Attending Ayurveda therapy programs at Arogyadhama can initiate you on a path towards a healthy body, stable mind, pleasant personality and healthy lifestyle, ultimately supporting immunity and improving health-related quality of life.
At Snehakunja Hospital (Vivekananda Arogyadhama), our objective is to create a centre for natural immunity building, rejuvenation and relaxation through natural methods and lifestyle modification, supported by skilled healthcare professionals in Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, Nature Cure and related systems.
Metabolic syndrome is a rapidly emerging condition associated with a sedentary lifestyle and faulty dietary habits. It involves a clustering of at least three of the following five conditions:
These conditions can increase the risk of heart disease, diabetes, stroke and other health problems.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease.
Wellness is a state of optimal health and involves actively pursuing healthy lifestyle choices. Dimensions of wellness include physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, social, occupational and environmental well-being.
The core mission of Snehakunja wellness care is to improve quality of life through healthy lifestyle practices.
We provide post-operative nursing care to economically less privileged people who have undergone major surgeries, as well as those recovering from chronic non-infectious illnesses requiring prolonged paramedical care.
The natural setting of the hospital amidst groves, close to the Arabian Sea Eco Beach and serene estuary of River Sharavathi, provides a conducive environment for convalescence.
The hospital also provides Ayurveda treatments as an optional supportive approach for restoration of health.
Due to increased migration of younger populations to urban areas, family support for elderly people has reduced. Vivekananda Arogyadhama provides assisted living facilities for older people.

Ayurveda elderly care is also provided to admitted individuals to support better quality of life.
Emotional wellness influences the quality of every moment of our life. Emotional health is essential for transforming routine activities into pleasant life experiences.
Emotional stability and intellectual clarity facilitate the movement from dis-ease to ease and dis-order to order.

In Ayurveda, anything that works against the well-being of the body, mind and energy may be considered a toxin or harmful accumulation.
Such accumulation may be associated with improper lifestyle, unsuitable diet, excessive thinking, unfavourable behaviours, emotional stress, anxiety, anger, sadness and physical or mental strain.
Ayurveda detoxification therapies are traditional measures intended to eliminate unwanted accumulation and support the body's natural balance.
